Hat Size Guide
Each of our hats is made to order so that we can make you a hat that is the perfect size. Hat size ranges from Small (55 cm) up to Extra Large (61 cm). If your head size falls in between two of our standard sizes, we can stretch the hat to be half a size larger or block it to be half a size smaller. If your head size falls outside of this range, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
In order to get your hat size perfect, we ask that you provide a centimeter measurement of the circumference of your head.

Use the measurement to select from the following hat sizes that we offer.
When in doubt or if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up and adding a note when placing your order. We’ll include special felt tape strips that can help the hat fit snugly if it’s a half size too big.
How to Measure Your Head
If you are unsure of your hat size, follow the steps below for an accurate measurement:

Use a soft measuring tape — ideally one made for tailoring.

Wrap it around your head, just above the ears and across the mid-forehead (this is where the hat will rest).

Make sure the tape is snug but not tight — it should rest comfortably against the skin.

Measure in centimeters, and repeat the process 2–3 times to ensure consistency.
- If you're between sizes, round up to the nearest even number.
Hat size can also be affected by the shape of your head. For example, you might measure as a particular size, but have more of that measurement front-to-back or side-to-side. If your head is more oval or round, we can adjust the fit accordingly.
If you’re unsure, you can always send your hat back for adjustments. We'll work with you until the fit is just right.
Don't forget a snug hat will soften with wear. If it feels right but has slight pressure points, wear it a few times to let it naturally shape to your form.
